Caught Andra Day at the Warehouse in Houston last Sunday. A fine fine show. Powerful vocals, tight band and a great venue. Besides a great Rise Up, I enjoyed Trainwreck and her Nina Simone cover (Pressure?)Really everything she did clicked. Catch her while she's still doing clubs. PS Opener Dessi Valentine was really good as well. JB
