What a beautiful woman and songwriter she is. She played some stuff off of relish, pretty little stranger and breakfast in bed; in addition she played whats become of the broken hearted. Joan sang a slowed down motown funky groove how sweet it is to be loved by you and it just took me away to where i needed to be. Then after the show she had a meet and greet where i was able to be blessed enough to shake her hand and have one of my photo's of Joan and Phil autographed. Priceless let me tell you. Joan keep on keepin on, your are a beautiful spirit.

Thanks for the review. Have tickets for Joan next month, on bill with Dickey Betts at a Blues Fest. Wasn't sure what she'd be like solo, since I've mainly heard her w/Phil (other than a few tracks on college radio years ago). Now I'm more looking forward to it.
