Another wonderful night w/ the New Riders. Because of the rain, the show was moved at the last minute from the Tavern to the Community Theater across the street. This weekend , Patsy Klein and friends are performing at the theater, so they already had the stage set up as a western scene. I didn't keep track of the set list, but they played mostly new material. Big 6, Down the Middle, Ghost Train Blues was great as always, LA Lady, Higher, Olivia Rose. Nelson sang a beautiful train song, maybe named Henrietta. Anyone know anything about this song?

The boys rocked it as they always do. Seemed like the show was short, but I always feel that way on a good night

I got their new cd and it is just wonderful, I suggest picking up a copy.

NRPS has another summer full of dates, hope to see some of you down the road.

Tell those guys to start playing OLD New Riders material and play an ENTIRELY different show from time to time, and Ill start going again. I love those guys, but its the same thing night after night
