The concert itself was utterly fantastic. Paul dubbed this the start of his "mini North American tour". Paul and band sounded tight. There was a lot of band interaction and they were all very jovial and laughing. The three things of note that occurred at this how was (1) Paul played "Day Tripper" during the first encore. (2) That while talking about reading signs in the crowd while he plays and sings is distracting, he said like "Paul, please sign my arm and I'll have it permanently tattooed." Paul said "Well, I guess we should bring her up then" The crowd started roaring as a young girl was led where she hugged Paul and he did indeed sign her arm and told her that she "better get it done now". Later in the show, Paul said, "The young girl is back from getting that tattoo, that was quick!" (3) and third and most importantly for me was he played "Mull of Kintyre" complete with pipe
band, which made my whole trip!!!! I also must say, the more I hear "Sing the Changes" live, I think more and more that it sounds simply amazing live!!!
