Just got an update from Geoffrey Taylor at show. Said Breathe was also played and that Phil said show was dedicated to Steve Jobs after Ripple.

In a few interviews, Jobs hinted at his early experience with the psychedelic drug LSD.
The connection has enough weight that Albert Hofmann, the Swiss scientist who first synthesized (and took) LSD, appealed to Jobs for funding for research about the drug's therapeutic use.
In a book interview, Jobs called his experience with the drug "one of the two or three most important things I have done in my life." As Jobs himself has suggested, LSD may have contributed to the "think different" approach that still puts Apple's designs a head above the competition.
Jobs will forever be a visionary, and his personal life also reflects the forward-thinking, alternative approach that vaulted Apple to success.
During a trip to India, Jobs visited a well-known ashram and returned to the U.S. as a Zen Buddhist.

thanks Tar w!
My favorite list thus far this tour- hopefully performed well too. Thank Gawd for archive.org! Nice to see Supplication jam appearing twice now. Hoping for the Lazy Lightning bust out in Buffalo
I'm thinking that Friday at Red Rocks was my favorite of the tour so far. Of course, I was there...
Just posted my review in Other Stuff, but in short, yes, everything at this show was really well-played. Nice jams and segues, too. Just beautiful!
LA got treated well.... Last night first set song selection other than death don't really wasn't my cup of tea but was still well played. Time was a trip. Second set was tasty although several standard issue songs in the mix. So many roads was heart felt. Attics sweet. I actually heard a couple guys in the bathroom after the show complaining the didnt end on a foot stomper and were let down that they closed with a " slow song". Wow... Have gun in Monterey!
is that 'breath' listing accurate? cause if it is, then it is a bust out. i'm guessing only 'time' was played, but i could be wrong...
anyone there know what's up with that?
Breathe was played but according to the barn rotation list its tqhe second time played. Unsure where the fist one was. It was a fun combo. Would have prefered other picks but you have to tie what the band gives ya.....
Otherones.net lists 9 Times followed by 9 Breathe reprises.
I've seen Time twice and I'm pretty sure they played Breathe reprise both times.
so it's 'breath reprise' then..but i thought the '..home again i like to be here when i can..' are lyrics in 'Time'but i'm not sure
just trying to clarify
It's breathe dude, for the sake of clarification.
Breathe reprise. Part of a fun segment of music! This was a good show, and I know some complained about the first set being slow and odd-tempo'd, but I liked it. There were a few stumbles, but y'know, it's not a show until Bobby blows a verse, and each tune was very well played. The first set did not have the effortless flow the first night seemed to have, but the Peaceful Valley > DDHNM was all sweet and powerful and heartfelt. And any Ripple for a set closer is a winner in my book.
Because of the rain earlier in the afternoon the air had been scrubbed clean, and the park smelled "forest fresh". It got a bit cool, but not too cold. The Fantasy opener seemed a bit short to me, but the Wheel got good quick. About halfway through the song I got the strong smell of fresh loam on the breeze, and looked back in time to see two younger heads mudsliding down the hill, carooming off trees and rocks onto the back wall. They did not stop, they just bounded down the stairs and into the crowd. I'm sure they were bruised the next day.
Uncle Johns band rolled nicely into the Mountain Song, and I thought it was a strong version. The Rider>Other One was actually quite fun, the St. Stephen was solid and the So Many Roads was simply wonderful. Heartfelt. And the Supplication>UJB reprise was a surprise that satisfied. I thought the Attics encore was very well done and we left with large smiles firmly in place. I really do appreciate what this band does. It does not sound like the Grateful Dead or any of the other family bands - and that is not a bad thing. What they do with the music is interesting and often exciting. Less complaining and more dancing is what I say. Forward, ever forward! Further even...
Both of these shows were great to see. Had section A center for both and it was really nice to see them jamming up close. Hope they do another 2 night run or more when they come back next year.
