no instrumental 'And We Bid You Good Night' on there Rob? definitely more than a tease. guess I'll cross-post my review...
We had yet another excellent night at the Crossroads. We are felling so lucky to be able to cruise down the Terrapin highway and enjoy all this top notch free music.
I really like this band, very nice harmonies and they can go deep, as we got to experience on that super Bird Song, Phil got real funky in there and took me for a good old fashion spin, really a thing a beauty. A few other personal highlights was Stealin', Long Black Vail and the beautiful Phil vocals on Peggy-O, I wish Phil would sing more but I'll take whatever I can get at this point.
Greetings to new friend Tony Leone. It'll be interesting to see if he sings behind the kit or if that was just for the bar show, kinda getting a Levon vibe from him, seems like a nice addition so far.
A little GD, Americana and some Dylan what more could ya ask for on a Tuesday night? Thanks again Phil!!...any extras for Friday out there?
Most definitely the And We Bid You Goodnight instrumental, they just seem to do it almost every time now, so I don't list it. I always trust your ears!
The Peggy-O was gorgeous. Good review, thanks.
Thank you so much to you wonderful local guys for always keeping us in the loop with all that is happening at the Crossroads!!!
Very much appreciate the set lists and reviews.
Gonna have to work out a trip to get down there one of these days
Very kind of you to say Westernwind! We locals don't want to take all this blessing unto ourselves... Come!
anybody here?
Who's playing?
Any one know?
