Free? Phish tune?
Good show, especially the second set, which was pretty hot. A bit short, but hot. First set was OK. Roses was a train wreck. Jackie 'sang' it, but it was like he didn't know the song. Phrasing all wrong, etc.
Free was not Phish. Didn't know it, but it had a Suite: Judy Blue Eyes feel to it. Only one verse of Mystic, but it was sweet with everyone hitting it hard. The whole second set was hit hard, for sure.
MK rocked hard all night, especially the second set. Very cool to see Rob back in the fold. Missed the dude.
My first time in the Grate Room and won't be my last. Not a man of means, so even $70 is kind of steep, but a few times a year is doable and enough for me.
Free is a Zack Brown tune
