It's 7:20 PM East Coast Time on 1 More Saturday Night - Do You Know Where Your Dead Head Friends Are?
Everyone must be doing the same thing as me. Flippin the remote to decide on Texas/ West Virginia, South Carolina/ Georgia, Tigers/ A's, Irish/ Canes, etc., etc., etc.
Not exactly, Mr. West. Other options include online bill-pay, walkin' the dogs, putting practice, pre-show cocktails, CD burnin' and trying to stay awake long enough to catch tonight's 1st set! Tennis anyone?
Or packing to move to Colorado in 3 weeks.
Wahoooooo

Interesting they only played One More Saturday Night once during the tour despite the fact they played 3 Saturdays. Not complaining just noting. Maybe a Sunday version at the Bowl in SB.
We are gonna hear Bertha tomorrow for sure...
First set was fun but not very cohesive, They blew the doors off in the second set. help>slip was one of the best versions I've heard hands down. Bring on the Bowl!
Anyone know what happened with the stream last night?
No cell service in the good seats only up top and the streamer had good seats.
Thanks for letting me know Chris.
had a great time last night , met some great people in the the south terrace section d. you guys made my night. technicolor jacket CHECK!
I attended this show. Yeah me the French Pickler himself was in the hizzy y'all! And what a fuckin' show it was! Started off the afternoon with a late lunch early dinner in Thai Town. Drunken Noodles and a little red curry, veggie of course. Rolled on up to the stacked parking lot south of the theatre. Kicked it for a little while at the picnic table area. Drank a few Widmers and smoked a little bowl. Got to ease into the smoke these days, just a little to start off the festivities with. After a few brewskis, grabbed a couple and headed on up to Shakedown Street to see what was shaken'. Glad to see Shakedown was in full effect, if I remember correct, last year the vending was squashed. Met some cool folks from KC and had a couple more beers, then headed for showtime. Just getting in to the theater and we could here the beginning of Golden Road, always a jubilent spirit to kick thing off with. Then a nice Music Never Stopped! It has been hot for several weeks now… Oh no what's that Dancin' y'all, sheesh the band means business tonight. At this point I'm thinking OK the band has the groove tonight, let's keep it rolling all the way home. They did not disappoint, the whole rest of the show was on point. What's this Just a little light? nah ah, Let it Ride it is, into a tasty Wheel with some UJB flavors. Couple good sing alongs with the Dire Wolf (Just telling my buddy on the way over that they've got the skulls in the museum over near the La Brea tar pits) and Loose Lucy is indeed my delight. Hey, even Touch of Grey was a lot fun to wrap up that first set. Good vibes for sure.
After a half time break and and bumping in to a old friend of a friend, it was time for Set 2. OK Sailer ->Saint, think we did this last year on the 5th but hey always a welcome killer combo. What's this Unbroken? Oh snap this may be my first ever live UBC! And holy sheep shit did it ever deliver! Check for the jam on this one, extra special. It's some of the best music you could ever hope for. I was getting pretty toasty at this point of the evening. Right in the Zone. Uncle John's -> The Other One ( with another killer unique jam BTW) -> Let it Grow and Comes a Time, are you effin' kidding me?!?! A neighbor told me to watch out for the Help Slip Frankin's Tower finale and boom there it was, succinct and stunning. Wait it's Saturday Night y'all , but we already knew that didn't we? Phil had something else in mind he wanted to share, it's just a Box of Rain leave it if you dare!
Thanks Furthur! Hope y'all come back again in 2013! Nobody's finished we ain't even begun.
Recommend to the home listeners to download this one when it gets upped. Well played indeed.
