Here we go, phriends! What a great shakin' show last night and thanks so much to 8 To The Universe for letting us all listen in. The band was hot!!! See you'all on the dance floor this evening.
Today is a fun family day. One son at Furthur, the other at Phish, mom and me at DSO. We'll compare notes tomorrow.
Mr Dean are you out west for this run or are we meeting on the hypothetical dance floor in our heads?
I'm dancin' in the ballroom of my mind, Merri - at home, at peace, with the dogs and the couch, and of course THE CHAT!
And this is a special SHOUT OUT to all the great phriends we've met here from EVERYWHERE - still groovin' to the sounds of Phil & Bobby and an awesome band that's going furthur and furthur.....
I must say, Fred from NYC, that is a beautiful family affair, nothing like the love of family, phriends, and music!
it would be so nice if the west coast heads keep us up to date with set list as we good old heads from the east do! have fun and be safe!! happy new year!!
You have "issues". Wally - I've been to Scranton! Yeah, those West Coast heads are too stoned on that good shit from Humboldt County to care about posting set lists...so we can depend on the tried and true East Coast Phreaks to do that!
And on another note, I see the Silo in Reading has closed down and won't be hosting 7 Walkers as they had the past 2 New Year's Eve.
i assume everone here knows the new years eve show will be on sirius radio. if you dont have a subscription you can get a free seven day trial. Just google xm radio

Just got home from a rippin DSO show (10/9/77)and heard from my Phish son that his show was great. Texts from Furthur son say that show is amazing, too, which the stream is validating. Isn't life grand?
It's great that you have so many music lovers in your family, Fred.
Please make corrections, etc.

What was going on during the Jack Straw? Kind of a funny beginning?
