I wish I could be there. The feedback on last night was very positive. From Saratoga Springs with no sound, it felt like they (meaning the band, audience and venue) were as good as it gets in Autumn 2013. I do hope, but honestly do not believe I'll see 73+ years here. However since 1973 following my first Grateful Dead concert, I am grateful to have been alive while this all was, and remains alive to date. I do hope that you all feel the same way. Enjoy it!
I believe that otterman1 is streaming again this evening. We'll do what we can to confirm this going ahead.
My GF was there last night. First hand, she said that first set was pretty mellow. Second set was very jammy, the energy of the place took over...
I've never been to Red Rocks, myself. It's on my list!!!
I'd love a stream if anyone trips over one!

Tasty waffles. Thanks!
Donate them organs or your time, it's a feel good jam.
I was there last night, good show, there was a lot of weirdness, before watchtower-bobby and John were lookin at odds and bobby gave him an aggressive pointing gesture. We watched John not touch one string during love light and watchtower- something went down last night. Looking forward to tonight, I think Thursday was the best (IMHO) so far;)
Not to pile on Bob, but if he spent more time dialing in his own shrill tone and less time dictating his (slow) tempo and sometimes weird arrangements, all would be better served. Frankly, I loved this band, but yeah, it's time for a creative break. Whatever Phil decides to do is just fine with me and Bob's TRI projects are always interesting.

HUH' What the hell are you talling about, JK played the entire jam in WATCHTOWER? and , i'm sorry you thought the progressive TRAINWRECK that was thursdays show was the best of the run?
I'm just saying what my friends and I all watched.- I watched the whole thing- they were fighting, and John stopped playing-he played one super jam in watchtower, like an in your face move, and then stopped. I like the way opinions get trashed on this site, figured I'd post something other than just a setlist and share something i thought was interesting. Regarding my opinion of Thursdays show-
I liked it;)
Bobo's guitar can be toned differently. Still, he's an ace arranger, the most underrated singer storyteller/performer in the biz. Not sure what the JK BW discussion was about but anyway, Watchtower is just hard to play. The Terappin Flyer and Shakedown were outstanding. Really, the Flyer was amazing. Dark Star was Twilight Zone. A little wacky but fun. Jack Straw was strong, Peggy O was nice. All in all, A-1. Only the Wheel was oddly placed. Other than that, them guys are good.
Can't wait for Mexico
